Your festival-goers get the concerts, not the queues.
They order from their phones and come back when it is ready. Your stalls take payment into their own payment accounts, your commission is calculated order by order, and you see your festival in real time.
How it works
Build your site
Draw your festival map: stages, stalls, services, zones. Load the programme, artist by artist.
Onboard your stalls
Each stall applies or is invited, opens its payment account in its own name in a few minutes from its dashboard, and publishes its menu — at your festival’s prices.
Your festival-goers scan a QR code
Three ways in, under your brand: from a plain browser, installed on the phone like an app (Android and iOS), or built into the app you already have. With an account or anonymously, as each festival-goer prefers. Once inside, they say what they feel like — in their own words or by criteria: cuisine, ratings, distance, waiting time, allergens — and the app shows them, on the map or as a list, the dishes and stands that match, each with its real wait.
You follow everything live
Sales, commissions, crowd levels, incidents: your whole festival on a single dashboard.
What everyone gets out of it
Organiser
For you
- Your brand everywhere: four colours, your typeface, your theme — the app is yours, not ours.
- Your commission rules, auditable order by order; your share deducted at each payment, or invoiced periodically against the statement — we agree with you which one applies.
- Crowd levels live and replayed: you see where your audience is, during and after.
- Each stall’s figures in real time: what is selling, how fast, and where it is jamming up, without waiting for the end of the festival.
- Incidents, security staff and a site-wide alert on every phone, in one tap.
Stalls
For your stalls
- Touch till, and the kitchen’s choice — board on screen, printed tickets, or both: a stand is up and running in minutes.
- Payment by QR, card and TWINT.
- Each stall takes payment into its own payment account, opened in its own name — your share is calculated order by order, following the rules you set.
- One account follows them across all their festivals: they arrive at yours already equipped.
Festival-goers
For your visitors
- Order without queueing, in their language, with an account or anonymously — from the browser or from the app installed on their phone.
- An announced pickup time, calculated from each stall’s real workload.
- The programme, the site map and their own artist selection, in their pocket.
- Say what they feel like, in their own words or by criteria — cuisine, ratings, distance, waiting time, allergens — and order for right now or for a set time.
- A notification when it is ready, pickup verified by QR — never the wrong order to the wrong person.
What FestFlow brings to your festival
Every way of paying, at every stand
In the app: card or TWINT.
At the stand: cash, card or TWINT — by QR from the visitor’s phone, or on the stand’s own terminal, contactless if needed.
Every sale is recorded, whichever way it was paid: your commissions are worked out on the whole day, not only on what went through a card.
Your programme, without retyping it
A photo of the poster, a file or the link to your website: FestFlow pulls out the artists, the stages and the times — music, culture, sport — and you check them over before publishing. An evening of data entry becomes a read-through.
Say what you feel like, in plain words
Your visitor types “a really cold beer” or “gluten-free within a kilometre”, and the app turns it into real filters: food or drink, the 14 allergens, diet, terrace, distance, waiting time. Every result shows its own wait — the counter and the kitchen do not move at the same speed. What they type is read on the phone itself first: an allergy never leaves the device. The rest goes to a model hosted in Geneva, which does not train on your data.
Thumbs up or down, dish by dish
Once they have picked up their order, your visitor gives each dish a thumbs up or down. Only someone who has eaten the dish can vote — order paid for and picked up — so the numbers cannot be inflated. The votes sit next to the dish name and feed “what people like most”. The ranking therefore says exactly what it is: what people like, not what sells.
The 14 allergens, in the visitor’s language
The mandatory declaration (OIDAl art. 5) is made once, on the dish’s own record, and appears translated in all five languages. Until something is declared, the visitor reads “ask the staff” — never an empty list that would suggest there are no allergens at all. And the allergy warning stands out in red in the kitchen and on the printed ticket.
Mobile ordering, no queue
Menu with photos, basket with extras, payment by card or TWINT from the phone. The place in the queue is held before payment, and the price shown is exactly the price charged.
An announced pickup time
Every order gets a time calculated from the kitchen’s real queue. An indicator on each stall shows where things are moving fast: demand spreads out by itself.
The programme in every pocket
A schedule by stage and by day — music, culture, sport — with artist profiles and Spotify previews. Every festival-goer builds their own personal programme, with clashes flagged.
Eating between two sets
The app spots the gaps in each person’s programme and suggests when they have time to eat. The breaks in your line-up become sales for your stalls.
Interactive site map
3D, satellite or outdoor view: stalls, stages, services and wait times right on the pins. And you are the one who edits it, with no mapmaker.
Your brand, not ours
Colours, typeface and theme of your own festival, applied across the whole visitor app. Nothing spills from one festival onto another.
Your commission rules, your settlement
You set your rules; every order records its share at the moment of payment. Closing figures exclude cancellations and can be checked order by order. Your share can be deducted at the moment of each payment, or invoiced periodically against the statement: we agree with you which one applies to your festival.
Crowd flows, live
Live crowd heatmap, replay of the day, and footfall cross-referenced with sales per stall. Visitor location is only used with their explicit consent. These three analytics screens are currently in Spanish; their translation is under way.
Incidents, feedback and emergency alerts
Your visitors report an incident in two taps — and also leave feedback on what they find on site: a stall, a stage, the toilets, a service. You coordinate your security staff and, if you have to, alert the whole crowd on their phones, instantly.
See it working
The real app, exactly as it is: a stall’s kitchen display on the left, a festival-goer’s phone on the right. We’ll show it to you live, with your products and your prices.
Every screenshot on this page comes from the real app.
Two minutes to see where you stand
A two-minute questionnaire, tailored to your sector: it tells you where you are losing time and money, and what to fix first. No obligation.
