When everyone gets hungry at the same time, your festival is selling instead of making people wait.
Visitors order from their phones and come back at the time they were given. Your stalls sell during the rush instead of managing a queue — and your commissions are calculated order by order.
How it works
Create your festival
You lay out the site map: the stall pitches, the entrances, the toilets, the info point, the first-aid post, the zones and the perimeter. Your event exists online, in your brand.
Your stalls apply, you approve
Each food truck keeps its own account, opens its payment account in its own name in a few minutes from its dashboard, and adapts its menu and prices for your festival. No manual data entry.
Your public says what they feel like
They type it in their own words — “something to nibble on”, “a really cold beer”, “gluten-free and fast” — or set their criteria: cuisine, ratings, distance, waiting time, allergens. The app answers on the map or as a list, with the dishes and the stands that match, each with its real wait. They order and pay by card or TWINT — with an account or anonymously, whichever they prefer — from their browser or from the app installed on their phone. Then they come back at the time they were given instead of queueing.
Your accounts, order by order
Your commission is recorded at payment, order by order. Closing figures exclude cancellations.
What everyone gets out of it
Organiser
For you
- Stall onboarding by application: you approve, everything else is already in place.
- Your commission rules, calculated and auditable order by order; your share deducted at each payment, or invoiced periodically against the statement — we agree with you which one applies.
- Closing figures you can trust: cancellations excluded, totals verified.
- Demand spreads out: pickup slots and wait times visible on the map.
Stalls
For your stalls
- The stand’s full kit: touch till, and the kitchen’s choice — board on screen, printed tickets, or both.
- The POS keeps selling with no network and syncs as soon as it comes back.
- Separate bar and kitchen queues: drinks go out straight away.
- Their menu and their prices, adapted for your festival without duplicating their account.
Visitors
For your visitors
- Say what they feel like and see, on the map or as a list, the dishes and stands that match — cuisine, ratings, distance, wait, allergens. From the browser or the installed app, with an account or anonymously.
- Come back at the time they were given instead of waiting in front of the stall.
- The ready-order screen, and a notification when it is time to collect.
- The app in their own language: French, German, Italian, English or Spanish.
- The site map in their pocket: the stalls, but also the nearest entrance, the toilets, the info point and the first-aid post.
What FestFlow brings to your event
Every way of paying, at every stand
In the app: card or TWINT.
At the stand: cash, card or TWINT — by QR from the visitor’s phone, or on the stand’s own terminal, contactless if needed.
Every sale is recorded, whichever way it was paid: your commissions are worked out on the whole day, not only on what went through a card.
Say what you feel like, in plain words
Your visitor types “a really cold beer” or “gluten-free within a kilometre”, and the app turns it into real filters: food or drink, the 14 allergens, diet, terrace, distance, waiting time. Every result shows its own wait — the counter and the kitchen do not move at the same speed. What they type is read on the phone itself first: an allergy never leaves the device. The rest goes to a model hosted in Geneva, which does not train on your data.
Thumbs up or down, dish by dish
Once they have picked up their order, your visitor gives each dish a thumbs up or down. Only someone who has eaten the dish can vote — order paid for and picked up — so the numbers cannot be inflated. The votes sit next to the dish name and feed “what people like most”. The ranking therefore says exactly what it is: what people like, not what sells.
The 14 allergens, in the visitor’s language
The mandatory declaration (OIDAl art. 5) is made once, on the dish’s own record, and appears translated in all five languages. Until something is declared, the visitor reads “ask the staff” — never an empty list that would suggest there are no allergens at all. And the allergy warning stands out in red in the kitchen and on the printed ticket.
Mobile ordering, no queue
Menu with photos, extras, payment by card or TWINT. The place in the queue is held before payment, and the price shown is the price charged — verified server-side.
A time that is calculated, not a promise in the air
The pickup time is calculated from each stall’s real queue, and drinks don’t queue behind food: bar and kitchen queues are separate.
The interactive map of your site
A real map, not a picture: every stall carries its wait time on its pin, and everything people ask about twenty times a day is on there too — entrances, toilets, info point, first-aid post, water points, bars. Zones and perimeter included, in 3D, satellite or outdoor view. You build it yourself, with no mapmaker, and your visitors order straight from a pin.
Find the right stall in three taps
From the map, visitors filter by cuisine, distance, wait time and rating, then order. Anyone hungry right now sees what comes out fastest first: demand spreads across the whole site instead of bunching up in front of two stalls.
Pickup slots
Visitors pick their time from slots with capped capacity; the order goes to the kitchen at the right moment. The lunch peak spreads out instead of piling into 30 minutes.
Stalls that onboard themselves
A food truck applies to your festival from its own FestFlow account; you accept, and it adapts its menu and prices for your event. Onboarding with no email back-and-forth.
Configurable commissions, settlement agreed with you
You set your rules; each stall takes payment into its own payment account, opened in its own name, and your share is calculated order by order, auditable one by one. Your share can be deducted at the moment of each payment, or invoiced periodically against the statement: we agree with you which one applies to your event.
Ready-order screen
In front of each stall, a public screen shows the numbers being prepared and the ones that are ready. Less crowding, and far fewer people asking “is it ready?”.
A complete POS for every stall
Touch till with Swiss rounding to 5 cents, the kitchen’s choice — board on screen, printed tickets, or both —, every way of paying taken in one place, and it all holds up without a network.
Your event, your brand
Your own colours, typeface and theme throughout the visitor app. Each festival stays sealed off: neither data nor identity gets mixed up.
See it working
The real app, exactly as it is: a stall’s kitchen display on the left, the site map on a visitor’s phone on the right. We’ll show it to you live, with your products and your prices.
Every screenshot on this page comes from the real app.
Two minutes to see where you stand
A two-minute questionnaire, tailored to your sector: it tells you where you are losing time and money, and what to fix first. No obligation.
